Application hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Provider website: https://www.cloudflare.com. The application runs on Cloudflare Workers, on the provider's global network, with no durable storage of application data.

Database and authentication: Supabase, Inc. (https://supabase.com). Project region: West EU, Ireland (eu-west-1). Native reception of reports by email uses Mailgun Technologies, Inc., part of the Sinch group (https://www.mailgun.com), with domain and routing in the EU region. The raw message passes through this provider before redaction. The other providers and transfers are described in the privacy policy; these region choices do not mean that all account data and metadata of every provider stays in the EU.

Purpose and intellectual property

Soluax helps managed IT service professionals read and monitor their backup reports. The software performs no backup or restore operation and issues no security or compliance certification.

The elements of the website belonging to the publisher are protected under the applicable rights. The provider trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. Mentioning them implies no affiliation with or endorsement of Soluax. Users keep their rights to their data and reports.
