Add a client and a task. Soluax creates its email address automatically. Add it to the notification recipients of your software, then send a first report. No alias, mailbox, agent or automation to set up.
By default, use one address per task: accounting server, NAS, offsite copy… Each task keeps its own schedule and alerts, even when several use the same software. The client’s shared address is an advanced option, included from Starter: rules recognize the task in the email. Without a single match, the message waits to be assigned by hand.
Create your account and confirm your email address. Each request is then approved by hand. You get an email when your access opens; your dashboard also shows the status of the request.
The 30 days of the Pro plan start when your beta access is approved, with no credit card: 75 backups, monthly PDF reports, Slack and Teams alerts. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the account moves to the Free plan: no data is deleted, 5 backups stay monitored (the oldest ones). Payments are not open yet during the beta.
The beta recognizes explicit markers in French and English: Status: Success, Status: Failed, TASK OK, TASK ERROR, etc. An unrecognized format stays “To check”. Validate your first examples before relying on automatic reception.
Reports are processed on receipt and the dashboard refreshes every minute. The production scheduled task checks new states and overdue reports every minute, then sends an alert if enabled. No 24/7 monitoring commitment.
No, the status always comes from readable rules. The AI assistant, enabled in your settings from the Starter plan, saves you time around it: it proposes rules for an unrecognized report format, diagnoses a failure or a missing report, drafts the comment of your clients’ monthly report and suggests the task of a message to assign. Every proposal is yours to check; nothing changes without your approval.
The Supabase database is hosted in Ireland (EU region). The application runs on Cloudflare’s global network without storing your data there. Reception uses Mailgun in the EU region: raw messages pass through it before redaction. Some account data and metadata may be processed outside the EU; see the privacy policy.
Yes. Export your data, cancel from the billing portal, then delete your account. Deletion is available once the subscription has been cancelled.
