It helps users create branded visuals, ad creatives, campaign assets, short-form videos, communication concepts, and other marketing and visual content. Content generated by the platform may include images, videos, voice, and other synthetic or AI-generated media. Such content is artificial and automated by nature and does not constitute guaranteed or accurate representations of reality.

2. User responsibility

You use Soluax.ai’s services under your sole responsibility. You are solely responsible for:

  • the content you generate and how you use it,
  • its distribution and publication,
  • compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Soluax.ai harmless from any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party arising from your use of the services or of generated content.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use Soluax.ai to:

  • create or distribute illegal content, or content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of public order,
  • generate or distribute misleading or deceptive content intended to mislead the public,
  • impersonate a real person without proper authorization,
  • create or distribute synthetic media (including deepfakes) depicting or referencing identifiable real persons without their prior, explicit, and valid consent,
  • use the platform for political manipulation, disinformation, or harmful deception,
  • violate the image rights, privacy, or reputation of any person,
  • produce or distribute content involving minors in a manner prohibited by law,
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights,
  • use prompts containing prohibited keywords (e.g. related to sex, violence, hate speech, illegal activities) or otherwise in breach of the General Terms and Conditions.

Non-refund of credits: If you submit a prompt that contains prohibited keywords or otherwise violates these rules, any credits consumed for that generation attempt will not be refunded, whether or not the content is ultimately generated or blocked.

4. Real persons, consent, and impersonation

The generation, transformation, or distribution of content that depicts or references an identifiable real person is permitted only if you have obtained prior, explicit, and valid consent from that person (or their legal representative, where applicable). You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining proof of such consent and for producing it in the event of a complaint, dispute, report, or request by a competent authority. Soluax.ai is not obliged to verify the existence, validity, or scope of any consent and disclaims all liability in that regard.

You must not use the platform to impersonate a real person or to create content that could reasonably be used to deceive others about the identity or statements of a real person, except where you have the necessary rights and permissions.

5. Intellectual property, privacy, and third-party rights

You must respect applicable intellectual property laws (including copyright and trademark), privacy, and publicity rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, inputs, and use of generated content do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for verifying that the content you use complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and your own policies. Soluax.ai does not guarantee that any given output is legally compliant, suitable for a particular use, or free of third-party claims. You should review all generated content before relying on it for commercial or public communication.

7. Enforcement and account restrictions

Soluax.ai reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate access to the services, or to remove content or user accounts, in case of reported misuse, reasonable suspicion of breach of the General Terms and Conditions or this disclaimer, or to protect the platform and its users. Such measures may be taken at Soluax.ai’s sole discretion.
